The combination of clone and rich red-brown alluvial loams, speckled with shell grit provides for a single vineyard Chenin like no other. Heady white peach, lemon confectionary aromatics with an immediately fruit forward palate, framed by persistent acidity and oak spice. Naturally fermented without addition in a combination of ceramic egg and custom toast new French oak barriques.
