A historic re-imagining of the traditional Swan Valley style, via a spontaneous, submerged cap fermentation of hand-picked Grenache and Shiraz in a 1970s concrete vat. Following a gentle pressing, the wine was matured for nine months in seasoned French oak barriques. Every processing decision for this wine was made with adherence to historical estate practices in mind, including gravity / manual transfers and bottling without fining, filtration or additions.
