Our homage to the forgotten endemic varieties of the Swan Valley, here joined by Vermentino for the first time.
Individual components are were mostly whole bunch pressed and separately fermented.
The final assemblage of varieties was made with the diversity of local cultural influences in mind, which has delivered this unforced, gently aromatic and food friendly style.
