The quality of Tempranillo from a single leased vineyard in 2022 was sufficient to justify a solo release for the first time. This site is leased from a top grower and farmed using proven biological methods. Hand harvested fruit from forty-year-old grafted vines was destemmed and fermented in small open fermenters, with gentle pigeage twice a day. After eight days on skins the wine was gently pressed and after settling, racked to seasoned French oak for nine months maturation. Bottled without filtering, fining or additions. 100% Grapes.
